Payment Methods and Refund Policy
For some products on this site we accept credit card payment through Paypal. Paypal is the fastest and easiest way to send payments online, it has its own payment platform and what we do on our site is direct you to that platform. If the payment is processed correctly, Paypal sends a payment notice to our site that automatically enables the download of the digital products you have purchased. This is true for some of the products purchased directly through this site, but not for the Articulate products that we will talk about later.
We accept local payments with MercadoPago, a system with which to pay through cash, credit cards and ATMs. It is well known in Argentina and offers its own protection policies to buyers. We use this method for payments in pesos because it allows the user to pay in installments or to divide their payment between 2 or more cards.
For sales within Argentina we also accept bank transfers. Unlike other means of payment, it has no extra costs and the accreditation and availability of funds is immediate.
Articulate software activations
As we clarify on the description page, this software is not activated immediately upon receipt of payment. Activations can take a few hours or a weekend, depending on when you make the purchase. This is because subscriptions require a registration of the operation in Articulate. This registration is done immediately as official partners, but is activated by an Articulate team that is located in another time zone, 12 hours from the Buenos Aires time zone.
If you are already using the free version of Articulate 360 that is downloaded from 360.articulate.com, everything you created with your trial user will remain in your account until the purchased subscription is activated. It does not matter if a few days have passed since the Trial expired.
Your courses published on other sites during the trial period will not be interrupted, even with the trial period expired.
We will accept full refunds only for Articulate subscriptions and online courses as long as they are requested within 30 days of payment. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, or if the purchase is from other products (such as templates or animations) we will not be able to offer you the cancellation of the purchase and the refund or money back.
The way to request the cancellation of the purchase and obtain a refund is very simple: if you have made the purchase with Paypal, you can simply ask us to issue a refund from your own PayPal account:
- You go to the Activity screen.
- You search for the transaction and click on it.
- You use the contact information on that page to contact the seller.
You could also do the same if you paid us with MercadoPago, which has its own refund policies. You can also request a refund from the form at puntomov.com/#contact or by writing to support @ puntomov.com, expressing your decision to cancel the transaction.
The refund will be paid to your card, your bank account or the balance of your PayPal or MercadoPago account, depending on the form of payment you have used:
- Payments made with your bank account will be refunded to your bank account.
- Payments made with your PayPal balance will be refunded to your PayPal balance.
- Payments made with your MercadoPago balance will be refunded to your MercadoPago balance.
- Payments made with a card will be refunded to your same card. Due to card issuer policies, these particular refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
Access to Articulate 360 and use of desktop applications will be disabled when you cancel your subscription. In all cases, a Credit Note will be issued to the same billing/company name that made the purchase. We repeat that we do not accept refunds for Storyline templates.
These return policies apply solely and exclusively for direct sales to end users and under no circumstances will they apply to resellers, distributors and commercial agents with whom there is a different commercial agreement than the end users of the products.
